This medium roast comes from the highlands of Piura and Amazonas, Peru, grown by Cooperativa Agricola de Servicisios Norandino on clay mineral soils at 1100–1700 meters. Varieties: Caturra, Bourbon, Catuai, Pache, and Catimor.

Gully washed, sun-dried, then Swiss Water Process decaf—chemical-free so the character stays intact.

Caramel sweetness up front, smooth body through the middle, clean citrus on the finish. Balanced and easy any hour of the watch.
